Five Star Suites – King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals
Vertex Pro was entrusted with the design, construction and fit-out of the prestigious Five Star Suites at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) — one of the leading academic institutions in the Kingdom. This project aimed to create world-class hospitality accommodations for visiting dignitaries, faculty, and VIP guests.
Scope of Work
Full civil construction and structural works for a multi-storey hospitality facility
High-end architectural finishes including premium interiors, joinery, and MEP installations
Supply of ARAMCO-approved manpower and skilled technicians across civil, electrical, mechanical, and finishing trades
Deployment of heavy equipment for excavation, foundation, and large-scale material handling
Coordination with the university’s project management team to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing campus activities
